Please contact our Customer Service Department at 951.780.7534 or custserv@quiltcrafts.com from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday-Friday to obtain a return authorization.

Send returns via UPS, FedEx, or First Class mail. Quilt Crafts-CloverSewing is not responsible for lost returned packages. Shipping and handling charges will not be applied for an even exchange of the same item. However, shipping and handling charges will apply to exchanges for new items.

Refunds:

If your original order was paid by credit card, a credit will automatically be applied to the same credit card. If your order was paid by check, a refund will arrive in 1-2 weeks after processing. Send the item you want to return to:
